Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
To ensure you are happy with your purchase, please refer carefully to our size charts located on each product page before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or is the wrong product entirely, we’ve got you covered. We offer a free replacement or a full refund.
  • How to Report: Please contact us at [pastordavisson@gmail.com] within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Required Info: Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or misprinted item.
  • Note: There is typically no need to return the defective product to us. Once we verify the issue via photo, we will process your replacement or refund immediately.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered production. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is in the production phase, we are unable to issue a cancellation or refund.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipment fee will apply to send it to the correct address.
